Can you imagine this kind of thinking, well, I can. It is mentioned in Ro. 1:21; "Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imagination, and their foolish heart was darkened."

Also:

Ro. 1:28; "And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;"

A reprobate mind is a mind that has become so corrupted that it no longer distinguishes good from evil. In fact, the person with a reprobate mind will call good evil and evil good.

This is what we can expect in America if we do not have a real spiritual awakening.

The above link tells of this disturbing event that a zoo in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
I have only been on the ground an hour in this city so I can't speak from experience; however,
I read that Amsterdam is a very imoral place and becoming more so all the time.

I find it a bit ironic that folks at the zoo were horrified by wild animals doing what wild animals do, and yet, I wonder if they are horrified by the animalistic actions of thier own people. We here in the US could be asked the same question.

2 Pet. 2:12; "But these, as natural brute beasts, made to e taken an destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their won corruption;..."

Jude 1:10; "But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves."

In fact, I would say that an unsaved person acting out his or her fallen nature can be more brutle than and animal acting on its instincts.
Oh, how we need the regeneration power of the Holy Spirit opperating in our lives daily!

In the above link and story under "news summeries for May 8" it is related that only 16 percent of the pastors surveyed said they would use the money for local evangelism.
Of the 1200 lay people asked; local evangelism was missing from the top three priorities of how they would have the church spend the money.

However; missing from both groups, at least, according to this article on the survey was, World Missions. I had a refreshing experience recently, a good local church that I have ministered in several times received a good sum of money from an inheritance. Guess what they voted to do with it? You are right if you said; "Give it to World Missions". Yes, that is what they are doing with it. In fact, our ministry has been the grateful recipient of some of the funds.

According to the above mentioned article this church is way our of the norm; however, I would say that it is in the Scriptural norm according to what our Lord Jesus said.
Mk. 16:15; "And he said unto them, go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
